Jane Austen KAL
Masterpiece Theater will broadcast adaptations of all of Austen’s six novels, plus a new drama based on her life. It's the first time in tv history that her books have been broadcast as a complete collection. Join this knit along where we'll knit and watch the episodes together. Your knitting can but doesn't need to be inspired by Jane or her characters. Just share your projects and your thoughts on the adaptations.

I can't believe you beat me to this and that you were also planning to knit along to Jane Austen! We are thinking about doing a book group for at least one of her books in Vancouver-maybe in Feb or March-would you be interested? I am inviting people to my house to watch them but 9-11 pm on Sundays I probably won't get too many takers!
I'm not a knitter but I watched Persuasion last night. Loved it. It was great, my hubby went to bed and left me to just enjoy Jane Austin. I can't wait for next Sunday.
